	Overview ViaVid Broadcasting Inc. is a publicly traded company (OTCBB: VVDB) that has established itself in the audio and web conferencing service market. Initially, ViaVid had positioned itself in the Earnings Event Call market place, providing conference call services and web-based products to enhance the earnings call (web conferencing, webcasting and online investor relations). Over the past three years, however, ViaVid has worked to establish strategic relationships with the major conference call companies, which has led to growth outside of the Earnings Event Call market. These relationships continue to aid in the increased growth of ViaVid's web conferencing, webcasting, and transcription services. As of the last reported quarter ending December 31, 2004, the Company had achieved thirteen quarters of sequential revenue growth. The Company has developed a fully integrated web conferencing, management platform and content delivery system. This system has been developed over the past 5 years based on the needs and requests of clients. ViaVid recently announced the release of the .NET version of its product, which includes the following: - Web conferencing - Audio webcasting - Transcription - Investor relations web services - Online event management and reporting ViaVid has established itself as a leading provider of conferencing products and services in North America. With the recent rollout of the .NET version of its web conferencing product ViaVid is positioned for growth, with limited debt, and a strong brand in the Earnings Call Market. Over the next 6 to 12 months ViaVid will focus on expansion into the day-to-day conferencing market and development of its IR web page product. Through this effort ViaVid will continue to grow its existing business, add day-to-day conferencing services as well as improving the profit margins by bringing more services in-house.
