Defense Industries International, Inc. announced that it has
received a follow-on order totaling approximately $1 million
from a U.S.-based security company. The new order is for bullet-resistant
vests. This follows an initial order for protection equipment
totaling approximately $220K that was received by the Company
and delivered to that company in the previous quarter. The
bullet-resistant vests are scheduled to be delivered during
the second quarter of 2005.

Defense Industries International, Inc. announced that it has
signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding
shares of Owen Mills Company, a Los-Angeles based manufacturing
and service company specializing in military and industrial
sewing of marine and ballistic fabric products. Under the
terms of the agreement, Defense Industries will purchase all
of Owen Mills Company's outstanding stock in consideration
for $200,000 in cash and shares of Defense's common stock
having a value of $200,000, based on the average closing price
per share of Defense Stock for the ten trading days preceding
the issuance of such shares. The Owen Mills Company is a fully
diversified manufacturing and service company.

Inc. Receives New Orders Totaling Approximately 2.2 Million
Dollars

Defense Industries International, Inc. announced that it has
received new orders totaling approximately $2.2 million. Two
of the orders are from two international companies in the
personal protective equipment market. The orders are for bulletproof
plates that are used in protective bullet-resistant vests
to increase their level of protection. The two orders total
$1.3 million. The third order is a follow-on order from the
Turkish military, for both bulletproof plates and bullet-resistant
vests. The order is valued at $ 700,000. An additional order
is a follow-on order from a South American customer. All orders
are scheduled to be delivered in the first and second quarters
of 2005.

Defense Industries International, Inc. announced that it has
received follow-on orders totaling $1.8 million from customers
in North and South America. The Company received an order
for approximately $1 million of its vehicle armoring kits
from a North American customer. Product is expected to be
delivered in the second and third quarters of 2004. Additionally,
the Company has received orders, worth a total of $800,000
from customers in South &Central America. These follow-on
orders, for the Company's bulletproof vests, were the result
of the Company's joint venture. The Company expects these
orders to be supplied in full during the second quarter of
2004.

received a preliminary order having an estimated value of
approximately $2 million from an international company for
the purchase of its vehicle armoring kits. Final details of
the sale are being determined and the Company expects that
